_Telephone Operator_. Job Description. This position is for 2 full time customer service agents. Hours of work may vary and shift work is required. The initial 3 week training period will require you to work between 7am-3pm Monday-Friday.. This is a call centre position where you will provide excellent over-the-phone caller experiences.
