Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents. Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards. Establish delivery schedules. Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments. Keep track of shipments.
