Using expert knife skills, you will safely prepare raw product to exact specifications while supporting high product quality, yield, and production efficiency. What You Will Do Debone, trim, and prepare raw meat products using safe, efficient knife techniques. Apply indepth knowledge of specifications to produce accurate standard and specialized cuts. Operate with minimal guidance while meeting production targets in a fastpaced, timesensitive environment. Maintain knives and tools by safely sharpening and handling equipment. P
