JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Captain leads the banquet team in creating welcoming, well-executed experiences for Tigh-Na-Mara guests.. This hands-on leadership role provides direction and support to Team Members throughout set-up, service, and tear-down while coordinating with kitchen and event teams to keep service running smoothly.. The Banquet Captain also provides food and beverage service and helps ensure event spaces are organized, prepared, and maintaine
