The Buyer is responsible for purchasing food ingredients, packaging, and supplies from pre-approved suppliers at negotiated rates, while maintaining accurate inventory levels, Par Values, and Days on Hand. The Buyer will ensure materials are available to support production and customer requirements while minimizing excess, obsolete, and perishable inventory.
