Position Summary: The Estate Manager is responsible for providing strong, hands-on leadership and operational oversight across all departments at Two Sisters Winery, ensuring a seamless, consistent, and exceptional guest and employee experience throughout the estate. This role leads and supports the managers and teams across Retail, Restaurant, Events, Wine Club, and Maintenance, fostering collaboration, accountability, and clear communication between departments. The Estate Manager is responsible for aligning day-to-day operations with the winery's service standards, financial objectives, brand vision, and overall business strategy, while ensuring each department operates efficiently and effectively. This position requires a visible and engaged leadership presence, with a focus on developing people, strengthening processes, identifying operational opportunities, resolving challenges, and ensuring the entire estate functions as one cohesive hospitality destination.
