Job Summary: The Program Supervisor oversees day-to-day program delivery for our SMART Program (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together), supports front-line staff and volunteers, and helps ensure high-quality programs that empower participants to stay active, independent, and engaged in their communities. This role is ideal for a health professional who is passionate about active aging, exercise, and using movement to improve quality of life. The Program Supervisor helps adults 55+ and individuals living with disabilities improve their strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being through safe, low-impact group exercise.
