Building Maintenance Technician

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Urban area. Various locations. Maintenance Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Perform preventive maintenance. Perform minor repairs to equipment. Maintain equipment. Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports. Perform minor property maintenance. Repair domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems Area of specialization: Painting Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's lice
