Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. At heights Work setting: Installation. Shop fabrication. Repair. On-site fabrication Tasks: Design duct systems. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Measure and mark sheet metal according to template. Grind and buff seams, joints and rough surfaces. Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification. Cut materials using power tools or by hand. Fit and join sheet metal parts Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
