About the Role. RAZ Design Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process — from creating and issuing customer invoices through cash application, collections, and account reconciliation — while supporting month-end close and coordinating export documentation for our US and international shipments. This is a great opportunity for an organized, self-motivated accounting professional who thrives on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration. The role is contract for 6 months to start with an opportunity for permanent placement. Key Responsibilities: Create and issue customer invoices in SAP, applying the correct payment terms based on shipment type and shipping terms (Air/Ocean).. Validate billing against order, delivery, and shipment data; resolve or escalate discrepancies as needed.. Process customer payments (cheque and electronic), apply remittances, and manage credit m
