Freight forwarding Tasks: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. Usability testing. Act as liaison within organization between staff and management around wellness issues. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures.
