HR Manager/ People & Culture: Serve as the primary on-property HR contact for managers and employees, advising on policy, procedure, and day-to-day employee relations matters.. Lead full-cycle recruitment for the property with hiring managers and Head Office P&C — postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.. Own new-hire onboarding and orientation, including documentation, systems setup, and recordkeeping for work permits, visas, and LMIA-related files.. Manage offboarding, termination processing, and exit interviews in compliance with applicable provincial employment standards.. Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee files for the property.. Support staff housing administration with the GM, including inspections and occupancy records where applicable.. Support performance management, coaching managers on documentation and progressive discipline.. Champion culture and engagement — recognition programs, social events, and property-level rollout of company-wide initiative
