Forestry Labourer

Noisy Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Assist forestry workers. Write daily basic progress reports. Remove debris from logging site landing area. Operate chain saws to clear trails through woodlands Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. First Aid Certificate Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Travel expenses paid by employer Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Gloves. Hard hat.
