The City of North Battleford is seeking a confident, service-minded Head Team Leader to help guide staff, deliver high-quality aquatic programs, and create a safe, welcoming experience for patrons. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: You will combine hands-on aquatic expertise with staff leadership, program development, customer service, and daily facility operations. What youll do- Lead staff in the safe, professional, and effective operation of the aquatic facility.- Serve as the aquatics subject-matter expert and instruct Lifesaving Society courses, including Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard, and Swim for Life.- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment by providing leadership to lifeguarding staff, rescue, emergency-care, and first-aid practices.- Instruct aquatic programs and provide direct leadership for recreation programs, special events, and lifeguarding activities.- Help create, plan, deliver, and evaluate aquatic programs
