GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY Accountable to provide leadership, direction, and project management expertise in managing complex sales engagements. Manages the end-to-end engagement management process to submit high quality, competitive, financially sound, timely proposals and statements of work to our customers by interfacing effectively with Sask Tel clients as well as internal Sask Tel sales teams and stakeholders. Accountable for developing and implementing win strategies, facilitating key meetings, and driving continuous improvement of Engagement Management processes. Identifies opportunities for alternative win strategies including leveraging strategic partnerships. Contributes to organizational initiatives and special projects as assigned. Prioritizes engagement opportunities to ensure optimal staff assignment. Responsible to manage bid writing staff.
