Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tax law/taxation (LLM, LLD, JSD/SJD). Financial planning and services. Taxation Experience: Experience an asset Work setting: Auditing firm or department. Accounting firm. Financial services industry. Private sector Tasks: Identify clients' financial goals and objectives. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Analyze clients' financial records. Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control. Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies. Develop financial plans for clients. Prepare reports and audit findings. Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning. Prepare financial statements and reports. Conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, the Canadian Business Corporations Act or other statutory requirements.
