Salary: $52,954.61 to $93,590.48 annually

Position Overview Provide off-reserve emergency after-hours intake services across the Central Region on behalf of the four Manitoba Child Welfare Authorities (First Nations South, First Nations North, Metis and General Authority). Duties include responding to crisis situations involving children and families, conducting assessments, collaborating with police and community partners, and arranging placements for children when required. Qualifications Education: BSW or MSW or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to family or individual crisis situations. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other professionals in the delivery of after-hours services. Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively with daytime service teams. Demonstrated ability to provide supportive services to foster parents. Knowledge: Good knowledge of the CFSIS system and Intake Module. Driver's License: Valid Manitoba class 5 dri
