Salary: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually

Job Overview: The Manager, Human Resources leads the day-to-day delivery of the HR function and translates the Human Resources & Safety strategy into practical programs, policies, and processes. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources & Safety, this role oversees talent acquisition, the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) program, employee data, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance. The Manager advises leaders across production, trades, and office teams, and balances strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, workforce stability, and an excellent employee experience. Key responsibilities: HR Leadership and Strategy: Work alongside the Director to lead the HR function's annual plan, priorities, and budget in alignment with the Human Resources & Safety strategy and business objectives..
