The Manager of Human Resources and Administration is responsible for the effective delivery of Seed Masters day-to-day HR services and supervision of the HR Coordinator and office administration staff. Supported by the HR Coordinator, this hands-on role supports managers with hiring, employee relations, performance management, and staff development while maintaining consistent HR practices and reliable office support. Reporting to the CEO, the Manager provides practical advice on people matters and supports the CEO in preparing HR information and recommendations for the Board and HR Committee.
