The primary job duties for this position are as follows: Provide technical support and handle help desk requests from users. Troubleshoot hardware such as computers, laptops, POS systems, scanners, and printers. Help users set up and troubleshoot operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux. Fix related software problems and other company software tools. Solve network issues related to local networks (LAN), VP Ns, and firewalls.Program, set-up and wire POS terminals, cash drawers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, payment readers, weighing machine and checkout kiosks. Resolve software errors, database sync bugs, and display issues. Install software updates, firmware upgrades, and security patches on registers and servers. Log all support requests and fixes accurately in ticketing systems. Train staff and cashiers on daily POS
