Under the direction of the Clinical Integration Communicable Disease Sexual Health Manager and Supervisor, the Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health services to the community of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for clients in the community both independently and collaboratively with a physician, dep
