Position: Family Support & Mentorship Worker We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide mentorship-based family support services to children, youth, and families that face adversity. The successful applicant will have experience working with children and youth. The ability to build strong, supportive relationships that foster growth, resilience, and positive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Mentor children, youth, and families through supportive, consistent relationships. Encourage personal growth, emotional regulation, and positive routines. Assist families with parenting strategies, life skills, and accessing resources. Provide services primarily in clients homes and community settings.
