Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Noisy. Dusty. Hot Work setting: Construction site Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Perform routine maintenance work. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation Equipment and machinery experience: Air compressors. Hand tools Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure.
