Summary: The Crisis Intervention Worker is responsible for the provision of direct services and support to the residents of the Shelter in a safe, healthy environment, as well as the provision of supportive communication with non-residents who seek the Shelters services. The Crisis Intervention Worker will ensure the care and welfare of the clients in the Shelter by enforcing operations of Shelter rules and regulations and by monitoring the maintenance and cleanliness of the Shelter.
