The Manager of Human Resources and Administration is responsible for the effective delivery of SeedMaster's day-to-day HR services and supervision of the HR Coordinator and office administration staff. Supported by the HR Coordinator, this hands-on role supports managers with hiring, employee relations, performance management, and staff development while maintaining consistent HR practices and reliable office support.
