Salary: $55,812.00 to $95,643.00 annually

FUNCTION & DUTIES: Reporting to the Business Solutions and Development Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and managing all aspects of development and programming to meet the business needs of the school board. He is also called upon to assist the teams in place and to participate in the maintenance of operational systems. Carry out cost-benefit analyses for IT solutions under consideration and set deadlines for the implementation of approved projects. Develop and configure Service Now solutions, including workflows, Flow Designer, forms, Service Catalog, business rules, integrations, reporting, and dashboards. Meet programming needs by developing programs and applications to meet the business needs of the various departments and the school board in general. Document all applications and IT procedures in place. Optimize and update documented systems to more advanced platforms while ensuring compatibility with other infrastructure component
