Restaurant Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish. Cut fish into steaks and fillets. Grind meats. Perform routine equipment maintenance. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Equipment and machinery experience: Manual cutting utensil. Power grinder. Slicing machine Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Hand-eye co-ordination Personal suitability: Accurate.
