Position Summary: The Pharmacy Clerk/Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy. This role involves processing customer transactions, assisting with merchandise sales, maintaining inventory, and supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with administrative and clerical duties. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Process cash, debit, credit, and other payment transactions accurately. Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries. Receive and process prescription drop-offs according to pharmacy procedures. Maintain confidentiality of customer and patient information. Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
