Farm Workers Supervisor

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Work site environment: Dry pea and bean farming. Hay farming. Oilseed (except soybean) farming. Other miscellaneous crop farming. Wheat farming. Grain, oil and forage crop Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator. Harvesters. Seed drill. Storage and silage system. Tractor Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Large workload Personal suitability: Organized.
